4. Payment

Orders must be paid using the payment methods available on our website. Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered where applicable and subject to service availability.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services. Embellish Wear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Exchange & Returns

Products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was delivered. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

For hygiene and quality reasons, used, washed, altered, or damaged items are not eligible for exchange or return.
